Sign in to your Microsoft account: Go to Microsoft account | Subscriptions and log in with the account used for the purchase.
Locate the Subscription: Find the subscription you want to refund.
Select “Manage” > “Cancel”
- Click Manage next to the subscription.
- Choose Cancel (or Turn off recurring billing if applicable).
Check Refund Eligibility
- If eligible, you’ll see an option to Request a refund during cancellation.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the request.
Confirm and Track
- After submitting, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Refund status can be checked in Order History under your Microsoft account.
