How to get a refund for Support Requests

I created a support request here: https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create.

This was a one-time ticket for an issue that I was able to resolve before Microsoft Support contacted me. I do not have a Microsoft support subscription of any kind. I'm trying to get a refund but no one at Microsoft has been able to steer me in the right direction.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Sign in to your Microsoft account: Go to Microsoft account | Subscriptions and log in with the account used for the purchase.

    Locate the Subscription: Find the subscription you want to refund.

    Select “Manage” > “Cancel”

    • Click Manage next to the subscription.
    • Choose Cancel (or Turn off recurring billing if applicable).

    Check Refund Eligibility

    • If eligible, you’ll see an option to Request a refund during cancellation.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the request.

    Confirm and Track

    • After submitting, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
    • Refund status can be checked in Order History under your Microsoft account.
