    Hi Charles,

Thanks for reaching out. If you're seeing prompts to purchase Microsoft 365 despite having an active annual subscription, it’s likely due to one of the following below:

    1. Account mismatch – You might be signed in with a different Microsoft account than the one your subscription is tied to.
    2. Office not activated – The apps may not have recognized your subscription yet.
    3. Mac-specific issues – If you're on macOS, Office apps from the Mac App Store sometimes behave differently.

    Try these instead.

    • Visit https://account.microsoft.com and confirm your subscription is active under the account you're signed in with.
    • Open any Office app (like Word or Excel), go to File > Account, and check if it shows your subscription. If not, sign in using the correct account.
    • If you're on a Mac, make sure your Office apps are downloaded from https://www.microsoft365.com and not the Mac App Store.

    Best regards,
    Jeric
