Clipchamp (Web Version): video with "Interactivity Form" not showing up.

I have a video with Interactivity enabled.

I added a form and specified for it to show up at a specific time.

I can see this working fine on my side, but whenever I share the url with another user they are able to see the video but no form shows up for them.

This was previously working as intended and suddenly started to fail.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

    Thanks for confirming that. Since you’re using the Clipchamp share link with “anyone can view” enabled, and it previously worked without sign-in, this change likely comes from a recent update on Clipchamp’s sharing or interactivity permissions.

    Microsoft’s current guidance indicates that interactive elements now require viewers to be signed in with a Microsoft account to load properly. To verify, try opening the same link while signed in and see if the form appears. If it does, this confirms a policy or service update on Microsoft’s side. The best next step is to report this behavior through Clipchamp’s Help → Give Feedback option so Microsoft Support can review and confirm whether public interactive playback is still supported.

    Thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm if you’re sharing the video using the Clipchamp share link or an exported file? Interactivity forms only show when the viewer watches through Clipchamp’s official link while signed in with a Microsoft account. If they view it embedded or downloaded, the forms will not appear. Try re-enabling Interactivity in your project, republishing the video, and sharing the Clipchamp link again.
