    Dear UMER FAROOOK,

Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I am sorry to hear you're experiencing issues installing the update KB4022219 for OneDrive for Business. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when manual installation also fails with error code 0x80070643

Here are a few steps we can try to resolve this:

    1. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter

    • Press Windows + I to open Settings
    • Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters
    • Find Windows Update and Program Compatibility Troubleshooter then click Run
    • Wait for the scan and fix process to complete
    • Restart your computer and try updating again

    2. Run SFC to Fix Corrupted System Files

    • Press Windows + S, type cmd, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator
    • Type the command: sfc /scannow
    • Press Enter and wait for the scan to finish
    • Restart your computer and check the update again

    3. Run DISM Command

    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator
    • Run the following commands one by one:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    • After completion, restart your computer

    4. Fix Corrupted Update Database

    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator
    • Run these commands one by one:

    net stop wuauserv

    net stop cryptSvc

    net stop bits

    net stop msiserver

    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

    ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old

    net start wuauserv

    net start cryptSvc

    net start bits

    net start msiserver

    • Restart your computer and try updating again

    5. Install the Latest .NET Framework

    • Visit the official .NET Framework download page
    • Download the latest version compatible with your Windows system
    • Run the installer and follow the instructions
    • Restart your computer after installation

    6. Disable Antivirus Software Temporarily

    • Temporarily disable your third-party antivirus software
    • Try installing the update again
    • Re-enable your antivirus after the update completes

While our initial response may not fully resolve the issue, we truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution.

Let me know if the issue persists after these steps, and I’ll be happy to assist further.
