    Hello Rajendra,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience after upgrading to Windows 11. I understand how frustrating it must be to encounter repeated restarts with the message “This device encountered a problem and has to restart” especially when your previous system on Windows 10 worked without issues. It’s completely valid to feel concerned especially when others you know are experiencing similar problems.

This type of error is commonly referred to as a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) and it can be caused by a variety of factors such as outdated drivers, incompatible hardware or corrupted system files. Since the issue began after upgrading to Windows 11 it’s possible that certain drivers or system settings didn’t transition smoothly during the update.

To help resolve this I recommend starting with a few key steps:

Disconnect any non-essential external devices like USB drives or printers then restart your PC to see if the issue persists.

Update your drivers especially for your graphics card, chipset and network adapters , you can do this by visiting your device manufacturer’s website.

Run a memory diagnostic by pressing Windows + R, typing mdsched.exe and selecting “Restart now and check for problems.”

Check for system file corruption using the Command Prompt. Open it as an administrator and run the commands sfc /scannow followed by DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.

Perform a clean boot to rule out software conflicts, this starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue a clean installation of Windows 11 might be necessary as a last resort.

Have you already tried any of these steps or noticed if the issue happens during specific tasks or after certain updates?

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo
