Is one drive part of my package i subscribe to? its saying its full and i don't know how to resolve it...i tried to put all the pics in a zip file and was going to transfer them over but it deleted them all.

    All Microsoft accounts include 5 GB of free OneDrive storage. If you recently subscribed or renewed your Microsoft 365 plan, your storage should increase to 1 TB.

    Have you recently subscribed or renewed your subscription? If so, it may take about 24 to 48 hours for the updated storage quota to show across all your devices.
