Are there any plans on the Advance filter changing back to an actual filter instead of a query?

I had used the advanced filter on a regular basis on multiple tables at a time, why was it changed from a filter to a query. Are there any plans to change it back to an actual filter? This has been extremely frustrating. The query doesn't work well since it causes a visual issue to look at the data.

    Hi,

I reported the problem to the Microsoft Access team. They identified it as a current bug that will be fixed soon. Meanwhile the workaround to get the normal filter functionality is to disable Monaco:

File > Options > Current Database > Uncheck the box at Enable Monaco SQL Editor

The context does not provide any information regarding plans to change the Advanced Filter back to a traditional filter or the reasoning behind its current implementation as a query. It mentions that the Advanced Filter API enables complex cross-visual data-point selection and filtering queries based on multiple criteria, but does not address user feedback or future changes to this functionality.

If you have concerns or feedback regarding the Advanced Filter, it may be beneficial to reach out to Microsoft support or check their official channels for any updates or announcements related to this feature.

Your description is sufficiently vague that it is not clear what exactly your concern is, especially, "...it causes a visual issue to look at the data."

Please, to help us understand your concern, post some screenshots of what you see and what it is that bothers you.
