    Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand your issue better  

    • What is actively syncing right now? Is it related to OneDrive/SharePoint, Microsoft Account settings, or something else? 
    • What is the specific process name in Task Manager? (e.g., CDSSync, OneDrive.exe, etc.) 
    • When does the heavy usage occur? Only after sign-in, during file transfers, or constantly in the background? 
    • How long has this been happening? 
    • Have you made any recent changes to your system? Did you install updates, add a new device, or enable sync settings recently?
