Hello Jonibek Ziyadullayev, thanks for posting this in our community.

Some users have been able to resolve this error by uninstalling Minecraft Education completely and then reinstalling only one version, either from the Microsoft Store or from the official website.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

The error code 2604 in Minecraft Education typically indicates a problem with account verification or connectivity issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Your Username and Password: Ensure that you are entering the correct username and password. You may want to try resetting your password if you suspect it might be incorrect.
    2. Network Connection: Even if your Wi-Fi shows full signal, there might be a connectivity issue. Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network or restarting your router.
    3. Firewall or Security Software: Check if any firewall or security software is blocking Minecraft Education from accessing the internet. You may need to add an exception for the game.
    4. Reinstall the Application: If the above steps do not work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Minecraft Education to ensure that you have the latest version and that all files are intact.
    5. Contact IT Support: If you are using this in a school setting, reach out to your IT support for assistance, as they may have specific configurations or settings that need to be adjusted.

If the problem persists, it may be beneficial to check the official Microsoft support channels for any updates or specific fixes related to this error code.
