Based on your description, it sounds like you lost your phone where you had Authenticator installed and now you can't log in to your student account.
You can try to use an alternate verification option
- On the same “Enter code” screen, look for a tiny link that says, “I don’t have a code” or “Use a different verification option.”
- If you register a phone number, choose Text or Voice call.
If you still can't sign in to your account on any other platform on your phone, please contact your IT/Admin team at your school and ask them to follow this article: Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication to reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA), allowing you to re-register Microsoft Authenticator. Only them to have permission and authority to reset your MFA.
