Dear @IT Support,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
To better assist you, could you provide some additional details?
- Are you the only administrator for your tenant, or do you have other administrators as well?
- Does this issue affect all users in your tenant, or is it limited to your account?
If this is urgent, please contact Microsoft Support. A technical support engineer can start a remote session to investigate, verify backend configurations, and run any required synchronization tools. If additional expertise is needed, they will escalate the case to a specialized team.
If you’re an administrator, please check whether other IT admins in your organization can help you submit the support request.
You can raise support ticket here: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests
