ClipChamp, webapp Video Project screen not loading

A video I was creating started to buffer (about 4 minutes of content in project). Now ClipChamp won't load at all for any video project. I've restarted by pc, shut it down, disconnected internet, cleared browser cache (Edge) and nothing is working. Continue to get the same error message as the page starts to load...

    Hi, thank you for reaching out, are you signed in with the same Microsoft account used to create the projects, and did this start after a recent Windows or Edge update?

    I recommend signing out and back in, making sure Windows and Edge are fully updated, temporarily disabling browser extensions, and, if the issue continues, using the ClipChamp app from the Microsoft Store instead of the web version.

    Yes, I'm using the same MS account that created the projects. We've tried everything. Our internal IT ticket was created and someone was reviewing my laptop, can't fix it. The ticket was escalated...mystery....

    ESTÁ IMPOSSIVEL DE USAR O CLIPCHAMP AS PASTAS SUMIRAM, OS PROJETOS NAO CARREGAM, NADA FICA SALVO, ESTÁ IMPOSSIVEL DE USAR O PROGRAMA, NÃO É POSSIVEL QUE VOCE NÃO VEEM ISSO? NO MEIO DO PROJETO APARECE UM ERRO E QUANDO VAI CARREGAR NAO APARECE MAIS OS TRABALHOS.
