To obtain a refund for being charged twice for Microsoft Office, you should follow these steps:

    1. Check the Billing Policy: According to the new commerce policies, refunds for recurring charges are eligible within 72 hours of the start of the billing term or its renewal. If you are within this timeframe, you can request a refund.
    2. Contact Support: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you should contact Microsoft support directly. They can assist you in processing the refund request.
    3. Provide Necessary Details: When contacting support, be prepared to provide details such as your account information, the charges in question, and any relevant transaction details to expedite the process.
    4. Monitor Your Account: After submitting your refund request, keep an eye on your account for updates or any further actions needed from your side.

If the charge was made more than 72 hours ago, you may not be eligible for a refund, and it would be best to discuss this with support for further options.

I was charged $229 on the 22nd September 2025 for Microsoft family 365. I have been charged again on the 20th November for the same amount. I believe the first one is incorrect as I usually get invoiced on the 19th of November.

Microsoft is a total ripoff. They've charged me twice and this is just a big circle. the AI bot says to contact support. When I try to contact support, it takes me to the bot that tells me to contact support. I was double-billed, but I only have one subscription. I want my money back.
