Hybrid Intune Managed Device Migration from 2 AD forests to 1 new AD forest after a Merger

I have 2 companies merging where they want now to migrate all identities (both device & users) to environment 3 as described below:
Company A status
Active Directory A(3 DCs): Forest: Domain1.local
Tenant A: Domain1.com
Users: Hybrid Identities
Devices: Entra Hybrid Joined Devices and Managed by Intune in Tenant A.
Company B status
Active Directory B(2 DCs): Forest: Domain2.local
Tenant B: Domain2.com
Users: Hybrid Identities
Devices: Entra Hybrid Joined Devices and Managed by Intune in Tenant B.
New Targeted Combined Environment (Environment C)
Active Directory C (3 New DCs): Forest: Domain3.local
Tenant B: Domain3.com
Users: Migrated Hybrid Identities (All Company A & B Users)
Devices: All Company A & B Entra Hybrid Joined Devices should be migrated to, and managed by, Intune in Tenant C without user data/profile loss.
The requirement here is to ensure that all users and their devices from companies A & B into Company C and all devices are Intune managed in tenant C and users can log onto these devices using domain3.com credentials

For devices, consider not doing a Hybrid join and instead look at Entra ID through Autopilot provisioning. Devices will need to be reset and then provisioned using the new UPN.
