    hi chee, welcome in community

do you have windows 11 home or pro?

if you have windows 11 pro:

    • Press WIN + R and type "gpedit.msc"
    • Follow this path: Administrative Templates → Printers → Configure RPC connection settings
    • choose the RPC over named pipes from the dropdown
    • click OK

if you have windows 11 home:

    • Press WIN + R and type "regedit"
    • Follow this path:
      [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers\RPC]
    • open RpcUseNamedPipeProtocol REG_DWORD
    • set the value to 1

restart windows and let me know how it goes

ok, how is configured this printer? Is the printer connected to your computer via USB and shared over the network? Or is it installed elsewhere?

Do you have antivirus and firewall software enabled on your system?

ok, we should go in small steps

if you type the computer name in file explorer, can you access to the network path? Now where are you trying to add the shared printer from?

    ok, try in other way

from settings > bluetooth and devices > printers and scanners > add device

now see if your printer is listed

    if not, choose Add manually

you can choose Select a shared printer by name OR, if doesn't work, choose Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings, as a port choose Standard TCP IP port

    let me know
