We created a private Endpoint for Azure Redis Cache (Premium) in Sap ccv2 portal. Azure portal shows the private endpoint in approved state and provisioning succeeded.

However, SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2), who initiated the Private Endpoint request, still sees the connection status as Awaiting Approval, even after several days.

SAP advised us to connect Azure support. Could you please help troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi Vijayalakshmi Baskaran,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft QA. It appears this issue is related to the retirement of the classic Azure Redis Cache service. Migrating to the newer Azure Managed Redis service resolves this issue and provides full compatibility with Private Endpoint approvals in SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2). We recommend using Azure Managed Redis for better integration and a smoother experience with SAP CCv2 Private Endpoints. If you need assistance with migration or further support, please let us know.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any further queries.
