    Hi Lee,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand the problem with getting your iPad pics onto OneDrive. I get how annoying it is when the app doesn’t see pictures taken on the same device. Usually, it’s a permissions thing or how the app is set up on iOS. Lets sort this together.

Basically, OneDrive needs your go-ahead to get to your photos. If it doesn’t have full access, it won’t find them. It could also be that the app is old or you’re uploading them the wrong way.

    Please follow these steps.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Photos on your iPad and make sure OneDrive can access All Photos. Also, check Settings > Privacy > Camera to be sure OneDrive can get to your camera.

Update the OneDrive app from the App Store.

Close and reopen the app, then try uploading again through OneDrive > + > Upload > Photos and Videos.

If it still doesn’t work, delete and reinstall OneDrive, and then give permissions again.

Another option is to use the Files app on your iPad to find your pictures and upload them straight to OneDrive.

Can you just double-check that OneDrive has full photo access in your iPad settings? Also, are you using a regular Microsoft account or one from work or school? Let me know what happens after you try these things, and please get back to me so we can find other answers if we need to.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Noel
