Why i can't see my old emails on my phone, not to sure if i have done something wrong, related to my samsung email or not but i was changing things but i cancel, now i can't see my emails back from 20 November can you help me

    According to this issue, may I know if you could see all of your emails in Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com/) but you did not see your emails in your phone?

    If you are using Outlook for mobile, consider checking in Outlook settings > Accounts > select your account > Sync Settings > Days of Email to Sync > set to higher number so Outlook could display more emails in the past.
