To merge your two Microsoft Learn profiles, you can follow these steps:
- Choose a profile to sign into: Start by signing in to the profile you want to keep (in your case, the one associated with your personal email).
- Add the other login account: Go to the login account management section and select "add login account". Sign in with your company email account.
- Profile Merge Trigger: If the company email is associated with another Learn profile, this action will trigger a profile merge.
- Data Combination: All contents from the second profile (company email) will be merged into the signed-in profile (personal email), and any duplicate content will be removed.
- Limitations: Ensure that you do not exceed the limit of five work or school login accounts during the merge process, as this will cancel the merge.
- Private Profile Mode: If either profile has private mode enabled, it will be activated on the merged profile.
Please note that merging profiles is irreversible, so make sure you are ready to combine the accounts before proceeding.
