Phone Link loses contact names

Phone Link constantly loses random contact names. Only way to fix is to open Task Manager, end all running Phone Link services/apps, and then clearing the cache ("C:\Users*[yourid]*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.YourPhone_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Indexed\72c78415-d6ca-4ab1-8c4a-a41a39c7716e". Happens very often and is a pain to have to do this almost every day. It appears that it is the same contact names that are lost, but cannot determine why those specific ones are lost

    Hello! Do these contacts have any special characters, like /, ;. ), etc.? Or are they just regular names?

    I don't see any bugs related to your problem, but it might be a bug in the app... Try reinstalling it.

    1. Type "'PowerShell" in the Search Bar > Right-click on the app > Select ''Run as administrator''.
    2. Now we will enter the following commands.

    ATTENTION: Type the entire command in the first line > Press ENTER > Wait for the command to complete.

    Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.YourPhone* | Remover-AppxPackage
    1. Restart the computer when finished > Download and install Phone Link.

    If the Phone Link cache becomes corrupted, certain names may fail to display.

    To fix this:

    Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Phone Link > Advanced options. Select Reset.

    You may also unlink and re-link your phone completely in Phone Link settings.

    Delete the entire Microsoft.YourPhone_8wekyb3d8bbwe folder

    Reinstall Phone Link fresh and re-pair your phone

    Edited any contacts with special characters and reset cache. So far, seems to be ok. Thanks for the feedback.
