How can I fix the issue where cumulative updates for Windows Server 2019 keep failing repeatedly?

尤其是新架設的Virtual Machine容易遇到無發更新的情況,以下方法都試過了,還是無法更新,請協助我

一、

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR

1.新增DWORD

2.數值資料打3

3.重新開機
