If your Windows Server 2019 Standard key is blocked, you will need to contact the Microsoft Licensing Activation Centers to obtain a new Multiple Activation Key (MAK). The blocked key may prevent you from activating Windows on the new server. Once you have a new MAK, you can proceed with the activation process on the new server.

Additionally, ensure that you have access to your Customer Specific Volume License Key (CSVLK) for the new server, as this is necessary for activation.

Hello HARRY - it feels good to see someone with the same name :)

Well, the reason your Windows Server 2019 Standard key is showing as blocked is likely due to the license type. OEM keys are tied to the original hardware and cannot be moved, while Retail or Volume licenses can be transferred if properly deactivated.

If your license is Retail or Volume, please uninstall the key from the old server using slmgr.vbs /upk and slmgr.vbs /cpky, then install it on the new server with slmgr.vbs /ipk <your-key> followed by slmgr.vbs /ato to activate. If it’s OEM, you’ll need to purchase a new license for the new server.

For confirmation, I recommend checking your license type or contacting Microsoft Support if activation continues to fail.
