    Thank you for contacting us about the MVD issue. We have begun looking into it and will share our suggestions with you as soon as possible. If you have any additional details or concerns in the meantime, please let us know. We appreciate your patience while we work on this issue also could you please share this details. User initially had no issues with their dev box, but after migrating to MVDS, they lost access. Now, tasks must be done via MVD or the swap function, with a 90-day exception in place. Attempts to use MVD and SAWVM were unsuccessful due to language settings errors. 

    Directed the customer to the MVD support queue, and they have successfully reached the correct queue and initiated a ticket.
