i am trying to sign in to my microsoft account on another computer and i am being denied access. What do i do?

Hannu K 0 Reputation points2025-12-04T20:53:12.4566667+00:00 My laptop behaves strange (my desktop is OK with my MS-account and I succeded to register for the ESU), I can sign in on the MS account through Chrome and my credentials. However, when trying to register for the ESU this fails every time since the beginning. In the Settings window I can't performe the last step klick"Register now". An error shows: Abort or try again. When trying to log-in to the page with my MS-account it showes the same error message.... "Get help" app is not functional.
I have tried trouble shooting by running DISM and SFC, errors were corrected. Appears to be other errors which I have problems with MS Account log assistent and Credential Manager service.
