how to splve BlueTooth issue since last update

Since last Windows 11 update I am unable to transfer files, pictures mostly, from my Android phone to my PC by Bluetooth. The phone is still registered on the PC, but I am unable to get a Bluetooth connection

Please check if Bluetooth is enabled on your PC, then go to Settings, Windows Update, and install any pending driver updates. Remove your phone from Settings, Bluetooth and devices, then restart your PC and pair the phone again. You can also run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in Settings, System, Troubleshoot, Other troubleshooters, Bluetooth to fix connection problems.

I have a working BT TPLink adapter, driver updated, but I am unable to establish a link to a working BT device, the thing goes round and round again without any result.
