If you have deleted your Microsoft account that is tied to your AZ-104 certification, unfortunately, Microsoft cannot assist with the recovery of personal accounts or the restoration of the contents of a Learn profile associated with that account. To avoid losing access to your certifications and learning data in the future, it is recommended to add a personal Microsoft account to your Learn profile, which ensures that your data remains accessible regardless of employment or academic status.

Since you cannot recover the deleted account, you may need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance regarding your certification status and any potential options available to you.

Thanks everyone, I had tried https://v4.hkg1.meaqua.org/en-us/credentials/support/help but there is no option for me to option for me to open a request for my situation. I cannot find any email that I can send to credentials support and I understand there is no phone contact either.

I have to give me on doing my renewal! Thanks again for all your suggestions.
