Yes, it's possible, but there are some configurations. First, install it in a different folder than the default one (program files) and install it in the root of the C drive for it to work.
Install the latest patches and put it in compatibility mode in Windows XP. Remember, it's not a Windows 11 bug; it's just that because the game is old, some APIs and modules have problems initializing, at least in the original disc version. The Steam and GOG versions have already been fixed.
