Verification code not sending to my phone

Hello, I am asking this question from an alternative account. I tried logging in to my Xbox account this morning, just to find out my account had been locked. I requested a verification code to my phone, but it didn't send. And now, whenever I try to resend the code, it never sends. Help would be greatly appreciated.

    I understand that you are having issue receiving the verification code to your phone. Before we proceed, may I know how your account got locked out, it is not accepting your password, or a message appear after you've logged in? IF possible, please send me a screenshot of what happened. Please remember to remove any personal data before posting.

    In the meantime, you can try to resend the code multiple time or change your phone network to see if it helps.

    As I checked, the message means that your account has been temporary locked due to a recent suspicious activity. This serves as an additional step to protect your account. Usually, to unlock your account, you will need to enter a code that will be sent to your registered phone number. However, in the case that you are unable to receive the code, there is an alternate way for you to get your account unblocked. You can go to this Account Reinstatement Form and fill it out. You should prepare an alternate email account that is currently working and as much information about your account as possible just in case. The result will usually arrive in 72 hours after the form was filled.
