If you are unable to access your Azure account due to losing access to your two-factor authentication (2FA) method, you can follow these steps:
- Try Alternative Verification Methods: If you have set up multiple verification methods, try using a different method on the sign-in page. This could include options like receiving a text message or a phone call if those are available to you.
- Reset Multi-Factor Authentication Settings: If you have another admin in your organization, ask them to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication settings. They can do this by signing into the Azure portal, selecting your user account, and managing the user settings to require you to provide contact methods again.
- Contact Support: If you are still unable to log in, consider reaching out to Azure support for further assistance.
