cannot login to Azure Portal to complete training

I'm trying to complete basic cloud training through Microsoft Learning and got to a point where I need to access the Azure Portal. However, I'm getting the following error: 5000225 (This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle). Is there any way I can get access back to complete the training? Thanks.Screenshot 2025-12-06 120319
