How can I connect via RDP from the Windows App on mobile with a home account?

The Windows App on my Android says that I can only login with a school or work account. I purchased Windows Pro to use RDP, but now I need to buy a business subscription? Is there a plan to allow home accounts to use RDP in the near future?

    Hello

I assume you click on the Work/School account in the app and that's when it prompts you for that?

Instead of clicking on the Work/School Account, after you click on the plus sign, click on PC instead.

Then for PC name, you can enter IP address or PC name, then for credentials, you can choose "Ask when required, and go ahead and put in your credentials". It shouldn't be limited to work or school account only. I tested on mine and it worked for me.
