Outlook mail says I'm out of storage. When I go to manage storage it shows that one drive is taking up most of the space. I deleted everything on one drive and I am still getting a message that I am out of storage and that one drive is the problem.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

After freeing space (or purchasing additional storage), it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account. I’d recommend waiting that time and check again OneDrive after that.

Have you already waited at least 24 hours since clearing the space, or was this done very recently?

I have the same issue. I have deleted everything about a year ago but it still misreports that I am out of storage and cannot send or receive in 1 day. This has been going on for a year and I can't get it resolved.

I can receive junk mail (that is any test email i send goes to my junk folder) but I cannot send.

But when I go to manage storage:

    Any help would be appreciated.
