i can't sign into my microsoft account whatsoever because i require parental consent, which is from my fathers account. the problem is that i'm no longer in contact with my father, and i do not wish to contact him for personal reasons.
forgot to mention i've contacted support twice and they haven't done anything but make me reset my password and sent me here.

I'm afraid there's no way, at least not without the actual Microsoft tech support channel.
You can resolve this kind of issue safely by having the actual parent or guardian sign in to give consent, or by contacting Microsoft Support again for help with correcting the account's birth date or permissions.
