Very simple, let me walk you thru this: please open Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices on your Windows PC. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on, then put your keyboard into pairing mode - usually by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button until a light starts flashing. Next, select Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth, and pick your keyboard from the list of available devices.

If prompted, confirm the pairing code to complete the connection. Once paired, your keyboard should be ready to use again. If this resolves your issue, please hit “Accept Answer” 🙂.
