If your volume licenses are not appearing in your Microsoft 365 admin portal, there are a few reasons this might be happening:
- Licenses Not Processed: Licenses purchased in a recent order may not yet be processed by your Microsoft partner.
- Permission Issues: You might not have a complete list of License IDs or may have acquired full licenses under License IDs that you do not have permission to view.
- Separate Orders: Licenses might have been ordered separately from their underlying base license, such as Maintenance, Upgrade Advantage, or Software Assurance.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:
- Ensure that you are logged in with an account that has the necessary permissions to view all licenses.
- Check with your Microsoft partner to confirm that the licenses have been processed and linked to your account.
- If you still cannot find the licenses, consider reaching out to volume licensing support for assistance. You can do this by submitting a case in the admin center under Help & Support.
If you are unable to access the admin center, you may need to create an online support request for volume licensing support.
