I would like to speak to a Microsoft Representative regarding my 2 yearly subscription bills.

I have spoken to a Microsoft Rep 4 months ago regarding my 2 Microsoft 365 yearly invoices one on May 5 2025 and the other on June 1st 2025.

I just received a new Microsoft 365 paid invoice on my Credit Card on Oct 31 2025.

Why is this happening?

May I speak with a Rep again?

It seems that you may be receiving multiple invoices due to the changes in billing periods for Microsoft 365 subscriptions. When a subscription renews, you might receive two invoices in the same month: one for the previous term and another for the upcoming term. This is especially true if your subscription was set to renew around the time of your inquiries.

Regarding your request to speak with a Microsoft representative, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance with your billing inquiries. They will be able to provide you with detailed information about your invoices and any other concerns you may have.

I would like to speak to a Microsoft Rep as your online support is too difficult to follow through with answering my questions.
