I have a pc with Windows10 which has genuine product key. The product key was installed by the shop when I bought the pc. I just purchased a new pc with Windows11 without a product key. Can I transfer the product key of Windows10 to Windows11 on my new pc?

Unfortunately, since it's an OEM license, you can't transfer the license from your old PC to the new one. The OEM license is tied to the hardware; in this case, you'll have to buy a new license for the new computer.
