My Microsoft account got hacked without me knowing about it at all, the original email is [mod: PII redacted]@gmail.com but the hacker changed it into [mod: PII redacted]@acidimemails.ru, i have proof that this is my account that got changed because i am still logged in on the Microsoft app on PC, , my account doesnt exist anymore because he changed the main into his, the recovery email still exists but it doesnt give me any code, i have made a purchase on my account and i have proof of it here, , i have other purchases such as this roblox gift card from microsoft rewards, , i have other proof of emails sent to my account in the inbox as well as another purchase here, , this is a very obvious fraudulent individual that managed to bypass windows 2 step verification and Windows hello, i am super disappointed in the security and i hope i can talk with a support staff to resolve my issue, otherwise the money and time i have spent on this account is all gone, also to finalize when i click on account management on the microsoft store it brings me to the hackers account confirming he stole it, . i hope this gets resolved soon, please.

    Hello!

    ATTENTION:

    • This Microsoft forum is public, so don't post personal information.
    • No forum member will have access to your account data or information.

You can try using the Microsoft Sign-In Assistance Tool.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If you're unable to recover your Account, you'll need to use the Recovery forms. You can try these two forms:

    https://aka.ms/recovermyaccount

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/guidance-notes-for-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-4dd8fef1-33d2-4fbe-9352-66127ab9b50e

These are the methods Microsoft provides for account recovery. I have already used the recovery form, and I managed to recover my account after a few days.

    • You can submit the form multiple times.
    • Try to remember important personal information.
    • Look for old emails that may have been sent to friends or family.
    • Don't give up. The form works if you provide accurate information. If it didn't work like that, anyone could steal your account.
