동일 메일계정중 특정 메일계정만 저렇게 로딩이 걸리면서 안됩니다.

다른 계정은 계정추가시 바로 비밀번호 물어보고 연결됨.

문제 없는 PC도 있는데 안되는 PC가 많습니다.

그리고 아이폰에도 안되는것 같습니다.

어떤 문제일까요?

아웃룩 문제일까요?

메일 서버 담당자에게 문의하니 아웃룩 설정을 확인하라는 답변입니다.

자기 서버쪽에는 문제 없다고..

"Among several email accounts using the same service, only a specific one gets stuck loading and fails to connect. The other accounts immediately ask for the password and connect successfully when I try to add them. Some PCs work fine, but many PCs are having this issue. It seems to be failing on iPhones as well.

What could be the problem? Is this an Outlook issue?

I contacted the email server administrator, and they said there are no issues on their server side and suggested checking the Outlook settings."

    To help address the issue more effectively, could you please provide additional details for the following question: 

    As you mentioned, this issue affects some PCs while others are working fine. Could you check and compare the Outlook build versions to see if the issue is related to a specific version? You can find the version in Outlook > File > Office Account > About Outlook. 

    Also, did this behavior start after any recent changes, or is this the first time this account has been connected to Outlook? 

    Just to clarify, could you confirm whether the business account receiving this response code is managed through Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, or another mail hosting service? If it’s managed through exchange online, you might consider asking your administrator to reset the affected account. This will allow the user to re-register MFA and potentially resolve the issue.
