Unable to subscribe at Azure Trial

Goodmorning, i'm trying to subscribe to Microsoft Azure Free Trial in Italy, but i receive the message:"Error"

Could you please help me? I'd like to subscribe for the training for AZ-900 andd AZ-204 certificates.

    The error message suggests that an error occurred when you tried signing up for the Azure free account.
