I can only get as far back as September but need a conversation with a colleague from July

    1.Is this a 1:1 chat with one colleague, a group chat with multiple people, or a message inside a team/channel? 

    2.When you search for your colleague’s name (or any word you remember from July), does the old conversation appear in the search results? 

    3.Do you see the chat on your phone app, or only missing on desktop/web? 

    4.Did the colleague leave the company or get their account disabled/deleted since July?
