Hi, I understand how annoying it can be to keep seeing spam in your inbox even after reporting it. The main reason this happens is that spammers constantly change their email patterns, so Outlook’s default filter might not catch everything.
One quick way to improve this is by adjusting your Junk Email settings. In Outlook, go to the Home tab, click Junk, then Junk Email Options. Set the filter level to High so more suspicious emails go straight to the Junk folder, but keep in mind this might also move some legitimate emails there. You can also add specific senders or domains to your Blocked Senders list for extra control. If you’re using Outlook on mobile, these options may look different, so let me know which version you’re on.
Are most of these spam emails coming from similar addresses or do they look like they’re from random senders? That will help me guide you on whether creating custom rules might be a better solution.
I hope this helps you, let me know how it goes
