My annual Microsoft Azure Sponsorship Grant expired 10/18/25, but I renewed on 10/20/25 as confirmed in non-profit portal, new expiration 10/20/26.. But I got switched to pay-as-you-go on 10/18/25 and can't figure out how to switch back to the grant. In "Switch Offers" I get error that not eligible for any other offers. Meanwhile I got a bill for one month, and I'm burning real money for services again this month. HELP!!! How to I get the grant re-applied to the subscription???

If your Azure Sponsorship Grant has expired and you've renewed it, but your account is still showing as pay-as-you-go, there are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Verify Renewal Confirmation: Ensure that you received a confirmation email for the renewal of your Azure Sponsorship Grant. This email should confirm that your grant is active and provide details about the new expiration date.
    2. Check Billing Profile: Sign in to the Azure Portal using the administrator account associated with your grant. Go to Cost Management + Billing and verify that your billing profile is correctly linked to your renewed grant.
    3. Switch Offers: If you are still unable to switch back to the grant, ensure that you are using the correct account and that there are no outstanding issues with your billing profile. Sometimes, the system may take time to update after a renewal.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, it may be necessary to submit a support request through the Nonprofit Hub or contact Microsoft support directly for assistance. They can help ensure that your grant is correctly applied to your subscription and resolve any errors you are encountering.
    5. Monitor Usage: In the meantime, keep an eye on your usage and billing to avoid unexpected charges. You can set up alerts in Azure to notify you of any significant changes in usage or billing.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and reapply your Azure Sponsorship Grant to your subscription.
