Thanks for sharing the details, Ray! Try to delete the Hidden Account Token Store (IdentityCache)
New Outlook uses a hidden identity token folder. If a token becomes invalid, Outlook closes the moment it starts.
- Close Outlook
- Press Win + R and enter:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\IdentityCache - Delete everything in this folder
- Restart your computer
- Launch Outlook again
This forces Outlook to rebuild your identity and is extremely effective when no errors appear.
