Latest Edge update seems to have broken the ability to print my pricing labels to my Dymo printer via my POS Backoffice which is Lightspeed retail. (formally known as shopkeep) Anyone else experiencing similar issues. The edge update in question is 143. I have a second computer that I haven't used for a while. Printing labels was not an issue for this pc. I was excited to find that I could still print labels.....until the update came down, and boom, it was done. Stopped working just like my main pc Desperately need help printing pricing labels for my retail store. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software and drivers, as recommended by Dymo, but still didn't work.

    Hey,

I'm sorry about the problem you're having. It might help to get a better idea of what's going on, so I wanted to ask you a couple of quick questions. When you try to print from Edge, do you see the "DYMO Label Web Service" icon in the system tray near your clock? And when you try to open your Lightspeed POS Backoffice in another browser like Chrome or Firefox, does printing suddenly work there? These small tests can help us figure out if the problem is with the service or with Edge itself.

    Hope to hear from you,

    Thank you,
