Hello,

There's almost couple of weeks ago I can't receive emails on my outlook account (<Mod remove PII> @outlook.com) and I always get this message: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S2017062302) etc...

    Hello Milko,

Thank you for reaching out about the issue with your Outlook mailbox I understand how frustrating it must be not to receive emails for weeks and to repeatedly see the error message “Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S2017062302).” This usually happens when the mailbox is temporarily blocked, misconfigured or experiencing a service-related problem.

To resolve this I recommend first signing in to Outlook on the web to confirm if the mailbox is accessible there then checking if your account storage is full or if there are any alerts in your Microsoft account security settings. If the mailbox is still unavailable you may need to reset your account settings.

Could you let me know if you are able to sign in successfully on Outlook.com and whether you see any notifications about your account status?

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

    Hello Marcelo,

I can successfully sign in on Outlook.com and even send emails from my outlook account but I still can't receive any emails, unfortunately.

I don't see any notifications about my account status nor any alerts in my Microsoft account security settings.

Can you help me out with resetting my account settings?

    Thanks in advance,

    Milko
