how do I redeem a product key for business standard

Step 3 is does not exist. No place to actually redeem Product Key.

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. The reason you’re only seeing the Marketplace option in the Admin Center is that product key redemption for Business Standard doesn’t happen there. Instead, you’ll need to use Microsoft’s dedicated redemption page. 

Here’s how you can complete the process: 

• Go to signup.microsoft.com/get-started/setupkey
• Enter your Office product key (without hyphens), then select Next. 
• Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the redemption and setup process.

This official redemption page is specifically designed for Business Standard product keys and will properly activate your subscription. Once you complete the redemption, the subscription will be linked to your account, and you’ll be able to access all setup and installation options from there.
