Issues setting up out of box surface go 3 oops message

Hello! I’ve tried for 2 days to set up a second device using my same MS account (Hotmail). In the initial set up, when typing my MS email it prompts me to choose Face ID, security key, etc. The other option is a memory stick which I don’t have. And then the oops message appears every time.

I validated my MS account and have a password for it. I couldn’t set up offline since the surface go 3 (new device) detects WiFi connections and there’s no option to set up offline; I guess Windows 11 forces users to login this way for safety reasons.

I also installed a fresh version of Windows as AI suggested to no avail. I ended up using a gmail account and hotmail as secondary account. I can’t make MS the main account since it’s more convenient for me.

Any help would be appreciated.
