To stop receiving junk emails from the casino, you can take the following steps:

    1. Use the Blocked Senders List: Instead of just blocking the emails, consider adding the casino's email address to your Blocked Senders List. This can be done in your email settings, which will prevent their emails from reaching your inbox. You can find instructions on how to add or remove specific email addresses from the Blocked Senders List using the Exchange Web Services (EWS) API.
    2. Report as Junk: Continue to mark the emails as junk. This helps your email provider learn which messages are unwanted and can improve the filtering process over time.
    3. Check for One-Click Unsubscribe: If the unsubscribe link is not working, it might be due to the sender not properly implementing the unsubscribe feature. As of October 2024, email providers require that unsubscribe links be functional and easy to use. If the link does not work, you may want to report this issue to your email provider.
    4. Contact Support: If the problem persists, consider contacting your email provider's support team for assistance. They may be able to provide additional options or help you resolve the issue.
    5. Use a Spam Filter: If your email service offers advanced spam filtering options, make sure they are enabled. This can help reduce the amount of junk mail you receive.

By following these steps, you should be able to reduce or eliminate the junk emails from the casino.

    Hello Terry,

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it is annyoing to get these spam emails as I'm getting those as well in my other email.

Here’s how you can set up a rule in Outlook to automatically handle those casino emails:

To set up email rules in Outlook:

    Outlook Web (Browser)

    1. Go to Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings.
    2. Select Mail > Rules > Add new rule.
    3. Name the rule (like “Casino Spam”).
    4. Under Add a condition, select From, and enter the casino's email or domain. Alternatively, use Subject includes and enter “casino” or similar words.
    5. Under Add an action, choose Delete or Move to Junk Email folder.
    6. Save the rule.

    Outlook Desktop App

    1. Go to Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts > New Rule.
    2. Select Apply rule on messages I receive, then Next.
    3. Pick conditions such as from people or public group or with specific words in the subject. Add the casino email or keywords.
    4. Click Next, then choose delete it or move it to the Junk Email folder.
    5. Finish and apply the rule.

    Hope it helps.

    Best,

    Rez
