If the automated system does not recognize the key, you may need to speak to a live agent and confirm that you are reinstalling on replacement hardware using an already-entitled license (OEM/Retail/Volume). Keep in mind that OEM keys tied to old hardware may not reactivate, whereas Retail and Volume License keys normally can. Since the server is isolated, the Confirmation ID you receive can be entered offline to complete activation.
